Safiru's Terms of Service

GENERAL- I don't draw fully robotic characters or vehicles, extreme fetishes like scat, vomiting, vore and more (ask if unsure), underage characters in sexual scenes, human characters (there are some exceptions, you may ask) and urban architecture.- Prices are given for mostly artistic freedom with the overall composition and pose. Of course, you can tell me your ideas for a general theme, mood, pose or color palette, it won't cost more if you leave me space for my interpretation.- Commissions with complex guidelines may cost more, up to +50%.- Works are usually around 3000x3000px.- I can work with a deadline but you should inform me about it at least three weeks earlier.PAYMENT INFO- Invoices via PayPal.- The payment should be done within 48 hours. If there are any troubles please inform me or your slot will be cancelled.- Payment is upfront. For commissions above €200, I can make a payment plan.
I consider the commission accepted after the payment is made.PROCESS- I send one WIP with a sketch, if you want more with the progress in coloring please tell me.- If you don't like the pose I sketched for your commission, I can draw up to two new ones without extra fees but I reserve the right to use the rejected sketches. The next sketches will cost +€30 per sketch.- You can't ask for big changes after the sketch is accepted. Unless it's my mistake in your character design. Small changes like color of the eyes or other small details are fine to change even after finishing.- My regular finishing time is from one to five months but it can be shorter or longer in some cases. Usually, it takes no longer than three months.My current list is always visible on my profile

Don't worry, you won't be forgotten! :)RIGHTS TO USE- Your commission is for personal use only: you can repost it online anywhere you want, with given credits. You can also print it or use it for personal items. You can make changes in the commission but please tell me before you do it!- The commissioner may not, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without a previous agreement.- I have the right to post your commission on all of my social media. Usually I do this after -at least- few weeks after finishing. You don't have to wait to publish until I publish your order. It may take some time so feel free to be happy and post your commission :).- I retain the rights to use commissioned art for personal use and reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc). That means you agree to have me sell art with your character in a limited amount of copies (unless agreed otherwise).REFUNDS- If I'm no longer able to finish your commission I'll make a full refund.- If you are no longer interested in a commission please contact me first! If it’s not started yet I’ll make a full refund. If it’s already started the amount of the refund will be based on the progress that I’ve already made.- I reserve the right to have three months of time to make a refund on the same PayPal email that was used to pay for the commission.OTHER- I reserve the right to interpret your character to fit my style, for example, eyes without visible whites.- Characters that don't have any visual references may cost more.
If I miss the important deadline without contacting you first then you have the full right to get a full refund.- If there is no contact with you for two months after the sketch was sent, the commission will be cancelled and you'll not receive a refund.CONTACTI’m a one-person company and my time for everything is very limited. Sometimes it’s hard to maintain everything if I want to keep being active on social media, take care of clients, draw and have some free time for IRL stuff and rest. That’s why replies may take me up to week. If you’re contacting me via Telegram it doesn’t mean that the reply will be faster, as it’s my private account so I use it mainly to contact friends and family. Please don’t worry if you see me online on Telegram or any other social and you don’t get an instant reply, it’s nothing personal. You’re not ignored, I just have a schedule for everything :).1st January 2025
